Subject New At Tunes: Wrong Number

Greetings,
Tragic news for Iron Maiden fans comes with reports that
a recently deciphered ancient biblical text has revealed
that 666 is not the fabled Number of the Beast after all.
A fragment from the oldest surviving copy of the New
Testament, dating back to the Third century, gives the
more mundane 616 as the mark of the Antichrist, rendering
the song on which the leaping longhairs based their
career as lyrically inept as the music that accompanied
it was sonically foul. Minuscule, monkey-shaped vocalist
and cocktail stick fencing champ Bruce Dickinson was
unavailable for comment, but his predecessor, one Paul
Di'Anno, issued the following humourless statement:
"That means the tattoo on the back of my head is wrong.
I'll have to say I can't read.” See you in Hull, gents.
