Its finally here - the new album from Zed Bias and DJ Injecta’s ‘Phuturistix’ project. Their much anticipated debut album ‘Feel It Out’ for Hospital Records tore holes in the underground dance scene in 2003 and the birth of the pairs ‘Phuture Lounge’ label in 2005 produced a line of quality 12” singles from acts such as Mpho Skeef, L.T.A and Jonny Miller.

A follow up Phuturistix album was essentially put on hold while the Phuture Lounge team moved with the times and delivered one of the finest Neo Soul compilations of recent years in the form of ‘Rainbow Soul Vol.1’. At the time, the collective of talent coming through the Phuture Lounge studio simply demanded the attention but now, after what seems like a long wait ‘Breathe Some Light’ is here and the Phuturistix themselves are back in action.
