Officially the 'B' side, 'I'm Broke' uses a classic jazz rhythm riff with staccato piano punches and brushes to lay down an infectious fingersnappin' groove, over which all the creative sounds are layered. Much sampling its true but this cut has an irresistible quality to it which should appeal beyond jazz frontiers. 'L3Zero' seems to use the same instrumental line-up, Ramsey Lewis style piano over very very broken beats and riffs. Again , much voice pyrotechnics layered over the top. A warehouse find and a limited supply at a nice price so hurry.
