Originally released on Ubiquity then picked up by the folks at Catskills for European release, Elvin Estela`s album is difficult to pigeonhole (a good thing), but essentially built on elements that make up the LA underground sound: fast rhymes, unique delivery, left-of-centre beats, and experimental topics. Few funk and soul samples were used, Estela preferring to venture into psychedelia and jazz for his inspiration. Laid-back, streetwise, abstract and funky freestyling.
