'They Say I`m Different' was the second of three albums that Betty Davis released during the early-mid 1970s on Just Sunshine records. Written and produced by the one-time partner of Miles Davis and Jimi Hendrix, this album recalls her many influences, from blues to soul, Muddy Waters to Sly Stone to create a gritty, soulful funk rock masterpiece.
