Multi-instrumentalist and composer Benny Sings' lighter-than-air feelgood pop songs are presented live (recorded at the BimHuis in Amsterdam) on his debut for Sonar Kollektiv. Backed by a slick jazz-funk combo and looking dangerously like Arvid Merrion, Benny knocks out his musical candy floss with an unlikely appeal.
