Guapapasea by Gecko Turner

Top notch double CD of nu jazz, house, broken beats and future soul with a Latin flavour, compiled by Madrid's Lovemonk. The track list does the work here, with plenty of previously vinyl-only remixes and alternative versions, many no longer available.

User comments about this record:

Rodrigo
This series has been pretty poorly distributed up to now. This first edition was superb, and the second a hotch potch of dodgy Spanish house and superb electronica. Number 3, on yet another different label, is more killer than filler (sorry). Watch out for 'Jogando Capoeira' and the cover of Jorge Ben's 'Taj Mahal'. Avoid the dire 'Shy' on disk 2. Generally excellent though.
