Outstanding and highly sought after dancefloor fusion from Detroit organ player Eddie Russ recorded at United Sounds studios, also used by George Clinton and crew and Funkadelic at the time. Maybe Eddie knew Bernie Worrell and borrowed a synth or two because it's heavily electronic music with plenty of squelching basslines and searing synth strings.

A great find from this little known and sadly defunct nu jazz label. Peanut Butter aka Nathan Dean delivers the goods with a piano and strings melody backed by a driving bassline and tight percussion patterns. The B takes it up a notch with a mix aimed at the discerning dancefloor. Rare and very limited!
