Layo and Bushwacka follow up 2002’s 'Night Works' album (which spawned the top 10 anthem 'Love Story') with this new collection, recorded in London, Brazil and New York. Layo explains: “Half the album is downtempo and laidback. It’s probably our warmest work to date, and features an array of fantastic singers and musicians, which is a new direction for us. Our recording in New York and Brazil was a major influence and is reflected in the variety of music on the album. We feel very connected with this work and where we want to be musically, and in our lives, hence the title 'Feels Closer.'"
