Ame’s remix is one of those little joys to lift the spirits... Starting with heavily dubbed drums it sounds like Jazzanova, Metro Area and the Afronaught have been jamming together, the warped groove is pitched to make the stomach churn on the dancefloor, Maiya James’s vocals have been sliced and diced to raise the pressure and the breaks and drops will have the crowd screaming. Not content with supply just the vocal Âme went full out, delivering a proper dub (not just the other mix minus vox) starting as a deep percussive number wait for the breakdown when it flips into classic Detroit techno vibes.
