Afro Elements have been a round since 1995, a few releases appeared on Internal Bass records back in the nineties but then the releases dried up as they devoted their time to backing a bunch of live acts including Rueben Wilson, Gary Bartz & Eddie Henderson. Freeestyle have persuaded the band to get an album together that represents the band's evolution over the last 12 years.
