During the late 60s and early 70s there was a concerted movement in black music away from traditional forms of jazz and r & b. The new form mixed together all the influences that had prevailed on the musicians. This new music became known as fusion. Famous fusion LPs like Miles Davis` "Bitches Brew" and Herbie Hancock`s "Chameleon" may have sold millions of copies, but although not perhaps as well known, the music featured here is as much a part of the history of black music as those big tracks.

Mr Whisk
If you like your jazz fusion this album is well worth buying, as Muse have gone down in history, as the premier label for this style of music.

Fearless
