Their debut album has its roots in drum & bass but also absorbs soul, jazz and hip hop. You don`t need to be an aficionado of hard step, jump up or any of the other genre`s sub divisions to embrace the passion of tracks, such as "68 Moves". Luckily the timeless nature of the music has increased awareness of the band, slotting nicely between modern mellow soul nu-jazz and melodic drum & bass.

How long has the downbeat/jazzy scene been waiting for this? After being messed around by many record labels JCR have them. And the Jazzanova feel if there to. It does not disappont Jazz to Jazzy D&B with Hipity-Hopitty and Soul. Sounds a mess right but no it work really well.
Long may they continue. We wait for their second.

Just saw Underwolves support Ozomatli in Bristol. In all honesty it was a little dissapointing. No more than the vocalist singing over the records. But this album is great, definately add this one to your collection!
