Ex-school mates from deepest Forest Hill (South East London) Julian Cox & Doug Hart got together in 1992 after a hectic and drug-crazed end to the ‘80s. The concept that drew them together was the initiation of a post-Balearic outfit called TLM. Their sound effortlessly crosses the boundaries between techno, breakbeat, progressive and ambient. This album contains their finest tracks from the last few years.
