Stock Availability

The stock availability codes on the site are as follows:

pre-order	If you're interested in this title please add it to your wish list and select the "email me about restocks" option to be notified when it is released. We do not take pre orders as release dates are often delayed.
in stock	Item is currently in stock and ready to dispatch. Usually dispatched by next working day, or same day if ordered before 3pm.
2-7 days	Item is currently in stock with our suppliers and is usually dispatched within a week.
temporarily out of stock	Item is out of stock with our suppliers. We will accept back orders for these items and hold them for up to 3 months until more stock is available.
deleted	Copies of this item are no longer available.

Post Rates

Postal charges are automatically calculated, so you can just choose the items you want, add them to your shopping cart and you will see the postage charge before you order. Except for UK special delivery the total shipping charge is made up of 2 components. Here are the details on how they are calculated:

1. Per order shipping cost
   This is independent of the number of items you order and covers the cost of packaging and the per package postage cost.:
   • For UK orders this is £1.00 for CDs and 7" singles or £1.25 for everything else.
   • For orders to Europe it is £1.20 for CDs and 7" singles or £2.00 for everything else.
   • For orders to the rest of the world it is £1.30 for CDs and 7" singles or £2.60 for everything else.
   
   In addition, for additional security you can request recorded delivery which means that the order can be tracked and is signed for by the recipient. Recorded delivery for deliveries within the United Kingdom costs an additional £0.70. International recorded delivery or Airsure costs an extra £4.20 and also ensures that your delivery receives priority handling by the post office as well as allowing us to track your delivery in case of any problems.

2. Per item shipping cost
   The additional per item cost is based on the weight of your order and the desination as follows:

3. UK special delivery rates
   Select special delivery for express delivery within the UK. Special delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail to reach you by 1pm the following day from when the order is sent out by Tunes.

   Note: multiple vinyl sets count as the number of pieces of vinyl (e.g. a 3 X LP is 3 vinyls).
